You may exchange your puppy for another available Boxer puppy from our current or upcoming litter. The exchange must be for a puppy of equal or lesser value. If the new puppy is priced lower, no refund of the difference will be issued. Exchanges are limited to one time only and are subject to puppy availability.
2. Partial Refund
If an exchange is not desired or feasible, we may offer a partial refund of the original purchase price. The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account veterinary records, the puppy’s condition upon return, and other relevant factors. Please note that deposits are non-refundable, and any refund will be issued only after the puppy has been safely returned to our care.
